Women in Pursuit is an annual conference in the Great NW that reaches women right where they are with powerhouse speakers, live worship, prayer, and ministry times. #WIPConf has been a powerful experience for the past 20 years, hosted by Pastors Rebecca Sundholm and Megan Rauschert.
Pastor Rebecca Sundholm is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and co-founder of New Creation Church in Hillsboro, Oregon. She and her husband, Pastor Rod Sundholm have pastored since 1990.
She has been called to lead and build women up, as well as help them to rise to their full potential in Christ.
With a strong sense of purpose, she boldly preaches, motivates and exhorts women to walk victoriously and honor God. Pastor Rebecca has a passion for prayer and the Holy Spirit and walks in a tangible anointing that kindles and stirs others toward their God given destiny. She enjoys reading, writing and spending time with her family.
Megan Rauschert is a generation leader to women and teens alike. She has served as Worship Pastor at New Creation Church in Hillsboro, Oregon, since 1999. Megan also ministers alongside her husband, Nate, who is the youth pastor of New Creation Church. She stands as a strong support as they strive to build a generation of young people who walk strong in the Word of God.
Called from birth to the ministry, Megan is anointed to lead by example and truth. Her style of teaching is engaging and empowers women to passionately follow God whole heartedly.
The couple have two beautiful daughters, named Sydnee and Kynzee.
Pastor Errin Cody Hankins is a powerful teacher and preacher of the Word of God. Her ministry of the Word is fused with wisdom, humor, and practical application. Pastor Errin Cody met her husband, Aaron, while attending Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. Upon marrying in 1999, they joined the staff of Christian Worship Center in Alexandria, Louisiana as Youth Pastors where they served faithfully until 2007 when they became Lead Pastors. They launched a new church campus in Pineville, Louisiana called ‘CWC Pineville’ in September 2018.
Pastors Aaron and Errin have been married 24 years and are the parents of three beautiful children – Avery, Macy, and Jude.
Alicia Moran is a native of Louisiana. Growing up in a pastor’s home, she has spent her entire life in ministry. From pastoring and traveling, she has helped thousands of people grow in their walk with God and pursue a life beyond the norm. Friend, speaker, podcaster - Alicia’s voice transcends race, gender, age, and tradition. Her humor, passion, and love for people is seen, read, and heard throughout her ministry.
She and her husband, Caleb, travel extensively, helping people from all walks of life. A proud mother of 5, she delights in raising her children to love and serve God while serving His people.
Mark and Trina Hankins travel nationally and internationally preaching the Word of God with the power of the Holy Spirit. Their message centers on the spirit of faith, who the believer is in Christ, and the work of the Holy Spirit. Mark is also the author of several books that will encourage you in your faith.
After over 50 years of pastoral and traveling ministry, Mark and Trina are now ministering full-time in campmeetings, leadership conferences, and church services around the world and across the United States. Mark and Trina also have eight grandchildren.

Is there an age limit?
Women and girls grades 6 and up are welcome.
Are there assigned seats?
If you register with a group of 10 or more, you will have a reserved section. Otherwise, there will be open seating.
Do I need to register to get into the conference?
Yes, everyone must register to attend the conference.
Will any meals be served at the conference?
Meals are on your own and not provided at the conference.
Will the church have any meals available for purchase?
No, however, there are several restaurants close to the church. Get a listing here.
Will childcare be offered?
There is no childcare. This event is for women and pre-teens, grades 6 and up. We encourage our mamas to get away and spend some time hearing from God and be re-energized. Therefore, we ask that you make other plans for your children while you attend the conference. However, we understand that some mothers may need to bring their young infants. We have a nursing mother's room for your convenience.
What is the dress Attire?
Business casual, but you can come as you are! You'll find most of us in jeans and dressy tops.
